slow down.somehow. i don't feel good. i am as if, cut off from you all. seems like, i don't have a place. so much for the talk about unity. obviously i am not alright but it seems like no one bothers. just how much do you all know about me? enough of the superficial stuff. there really isn't any depth in our friendships. why most conversations never fail to bring people down? or has it already become necessary? i feel sick. i am doubting my own ability to communicate with you all. and now, i can only depend on myself.
i need to slow down my pace and stop rushing through everything. look and admire the beauty around me. enjoy every moment in itself. rake up that passion for food, no more speed- eating. stop the usual marathon on the streets and pathways. listen, observe and think more.

sushi!JK and grace stayed over at my place last night, fun time we had. the tired bodies laid un- touched. the morning rush to use the shower and to school was hilarious! love it.
took a half day leave for sakae tea- time buffet with some of the ex- team 3 members. nice time out! love every moment of it. i forgot to bring camera, limited photos we have.

wept!the day started with a really bad and sad news. team 3 is disbanding. my heart sank at the voice of mr. michael. no idea why but i feel sad inside of me. without noticing, tears rolled down my cheeks uncontrollably. it was an ugly sight, i had to excuse myself. it didn't take us months and years before we were so bonded. team 3 was like a family. it was a feeling i didn't know how to describe.
we are going for movie and sakae sushi on monday!
